The Arenim Ten Commandments

A practical code for how we work and succeed together. The Arenim Ten Commandments were created to make our company values actionable. Instead of relying on generic corporate statements, we wanted a clear internal code that people can understand, remember, and use in everyday situations. They reflect the standards we expect from ourselves and from each other: fairness, commitment, ownership, teamwork, resilience, and execution.

Why we created our "Ten Commandments"

As Arenim grew, it became increasingly important to define the mindset behind how we work. These principles were created not as slogans, but as a practical way to make expectations clear and support better decisions.

They help us stay aligned under pressure, work to a high standard, and preserve a culture built on trust, ownership, and long-term value creation.

The goal was not to write a motivational poster. The goal was to define a practical operating philosophy: a set of principles that supports day-to-day decision-making, strengthens accountability, and helps preserve our culture as the company scales.

In short, the Ten Commandments exist to make expectations visible, reduce ambiguity, and create a stronger link between individual behavior and long-term company success.

The Arenim Commandments

A/1
Always be fair.
/ There is no circumstance that justifies being anything less than fair. We don't mislead others – and we don't lie to ourselves. /
A/2
We always keep – or overdeliver on – our promises.
/ We never promise what we can't keep. We do everything in our power to honour our commitments. /
A/3
What goes around, comes around.
/ “You get what you give” – so don’t aim for the bare minimum. The more you contribute, the more you receive. /
A/4
S.A.M.G.O. – The “Show Always Must Go On”
/ Our services must always work — this is the only way we make money. /
A/5
Company and individual goals must not conflict.
/ We achieve our personal goals by aligning them with the company's goals. Our team must be driven by a collective purpose; only then can there be order, growth, and success. /
A/6
We are constructive, we build a positive atmosphere.
/ A positive attitude drives results – strive for it. Energy-vampires and mood-poisoners should stay home. /
A/7
Commitment is mandatory.
/ You may question anything; disagreement is possible, but commitment is expected. A business is not a democracy. /
A/8
Decide dynamically; making mistakes is no shame.
/ Don't mess around, cut the BS and execute. It's better to make a wrong decision than no decision. Keep moving forward. /
A/9
Growth only happens outside the comfort zone.
/ Like it or not – growth mostly doesn't happen without pushing past comfort. No pain, no gain. /
A/10
If you do something, do it properly.
/ Do the work so that no excuses are needed. Those with real performance have nothing to fear. /
A/11
We achieve more as a team.
/ Serious results require teamwork. /
A/12
Success is earned, not given.
/ No success without struggle. Success demands sacrifice. There's no free lunch in this game. /

The Arenim Ten Commandments are not a branding exercise. They are a practical leadership tool that helps us protect our culture, raise the quality of execution, and stay aligned as we grow. They define the mindset behind how we work — and why our clients, partners, and colleagues can rely on us.

The core ideas behind the principles

Fairness and integrity

We believe there is no sustainable success without fairness. We do not mislead others, and we do not lie to ourselves.

Commitment and accountability

Promises matter. We expect people to take responsibility, follow through, and deliver at a level that builds trust.

Operational discipline

Services must work, quality matters, and doing things properly is not optional. Reliability is a business principle, not just a technical one.

Constructive culture

We want a team environment built on positive energy, solution-oriented thinking, and mutual support. Toxicity and passivity slow everyone down.

Action and growth

We value momentum. It is better to make a thoughtful imperfect decision than to stall. Growth comes from stepping outside the comfort zone and learning through execution.

Team success over individual ego

Strong results require alignment. Personal ambition is welcome, but it works best when it supports the wider goals of the company.
