Position: Solution Architect
Role summary
We are looking for a Solution Architect who can turn business needs, security requirements, and technical constraints into clear, realistic, and delivery-ready solution concepts. In this role, you will help shape architectures, support solution scoping, and connect strategic thinking with practical execution in a secure technology environment.
In the Arenim environment, this role is not limited to high-level architecture diagrams. It includes active participation in solution shaping, client discussions, technical scoping, and delivery guidance. The ideal candidate can connect business goals with practical engineering decisions, while keeping security, scalability, integration, and maintainability in focus.
Key responsibilities
- Translate customer or internal business requirements into structured technical solution concepts
- Design secure, scalable, and realistic architectures for complex technology initiatives
- Align application, infrastructure, integration, and security considerations into one coherent solution
- Support presales, workshops, discovery sessions, and solution scoping
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure the architecture is implementable and delivery-ready
- Contribute to technology decisions, component selection, and solution trade-off discussions
- Ensure that security-by-design principles are reflected in the architecture
- Help define non-functional requirements such as availability, auditability, resilience, data handling, and performance
- Communicate architectural decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support the transition from concept to delivery with sufficient clarity and documentation
Ideal background
- Strong experience in solution architecture, enterprise systems, or complex software/infrastructure environments
- Good understanding of secure system design and infosec-related architectural concerns
- Experience with cloud, hybrid, integration-heavy, or security-sensitive environments
- Ability to work across business, technical, and delivery stakeholders
- Strong communication and structured thinking
- Comfortable in workshops, scoping, and consultative conversations
